How the score is calculated

The formula is open. Check our math.

Four parts, 25 points each, per platform. Overall is the average of all five, dead accounts included. An open formula is what makes this a measurement instead of a sales tactic — if you recalculate it and get our number, good.

01 · 25 points

Audience

How many people opted in. Log scale, because 100 to 1,000 followers is real work and 100,000 to 101,000 is not.

25 × clamp( log10(followers / 100) / 4 )

02 · 25 points

Consistency

Are you actually showing up. Full marks at one post a day — the only part that is free to fix.

25 × clamp( posts_per_week / 7 )

03 · 25 points

Views per post

Does the platform still show your stuff. Measured against your own size, so a big dead page can’t look healthy. Full marks at 20%.

25 × clamp( (median_views / followers) / 0.20 )

04 · 25 points

Engagement

Do the people who see it care. Likes, comments and shares on views. Full marks at 5%.

25 × clamp( (likes + comments + shares) / views / 0.05 )

Run it yourself · one platform

36.51WEAKAudience 10.44 · Consistency 22.06 · Views 2.20 · Engagement 1.81

clamp(x) = max(0, min(1, x)). Pre-filled with Visión Latina’s YouTube channel. A platform with too few recent posts scores zero on views and engagement — we never estimate around a missing input.

The three bands

Three words. Same meaning everywhere.

Every score lands in one of three bands, and the band tells you what the next month should be about.

WEAK

under 40

The account exists and does nothing. Posting sporadically, reaching almost no one.

DEVELOPING

40 – 69

Real activity, wrong levers. Effort is going in; the numbers aren’t coming back.

STRONG

70 and up

Working. Now the job is defending it and repeating the hits on purpose.

The ladder

Score, blueprint, pilot, retainer.

Each step makes the next one obvious. You can stop at any of them.

00

The Score

Free

We score your five accounts out of 100 with the published formula and show the number you could reach in 90 days. A shareable link, not a PDF. Days, not weeks. Nothing to sign; built from public numbers.

01

The Blueprint

$299 one-time · credited back in full against your first retainer month

  • Platform priority, justified by points per effort
  • A content ladder: repurpose, shoot new, stop making
  • A weekly posting plan with counts per platform
  • A three-phase 90-day roadmap with the score each phase must produce
  • Your library ranked with hit / mixed / flop verdicts
  • Four to six rules your team can follow without us
  • The dashboard access list, and what each unlocks
02

The Pilot Month

Free · once · two rounds

Weeks 1–2: we film, edit and upload on your accounts, then read the analytics with you. Weeks 3–4: we rebuild from what the numbers said and run it again. Day 30: we re-score. Either way you keep a month of content and a baseline nobody had before.

03

The Retainer

Monthly

Production, posting and a re-score every month against the blueprint targets, so you can see what you’re paying for.

The plans

Priced in ranges, on purpose.

Volume and travel swing the real cost too much to promise one number, so tiers start at a floor and we quote inside the range after the blueprint.

STARTER

$399 /mo and up

  • 2 platforms
  • 12–16 posts a month
  • All repurposed from media you already have
  • Monthly re-score and report

For one account that needs to stop being dead.

GROWTH

$1,099 /mo and up

  • 4 platforms
  • 24–30 posts a month
  • One shoot day a month
  • Same-day comment management
  • Monthly re-score, bi-weekly report

For a brand with footage and no system.

NETWORK

Quoted up to $15,990 /mo

  • All 5 platforms
  • 40+ posts a month
  • 2 short films or produced pieces
  • Dedicated shoot days, hook library, series development
  • Weekly reporting

For a station or network with a full library and a real audience.

FIELD + TRAVEL

Per trip on top of any tier

Flying out to film a story on location — a church in Portugal, an interview with someone whose story is unbelievable — is the highest-engagement content we make. Billed as travel cost plus a day rate, quoted before anything is booked.

For media brands, shows & creators — you already have hours of footage

Clip pack

$299

One-off. 10 vertical clips cut from footage you already have, captions burned in (English or Spanish), a hook written for the first two seconds.

Media pilot

$499

30 days, 20 clips from one show or series, a posting schedule across your platforms, and an audience report with recommendations for month two.

Clip retainer

$749 /mo

30 clips a month from your shows with captions, hooks and cover frames, plus a monthly report on which clips land and why. Month to month.

Posting it yourself? Score + monthly report only, from $99 a month.

Why a company, not two employees

A line item, not a payroll.

Creo is two people — Jose Flores and Adrian Solorzano — who shoot, edit, post and report the work themselves.

What you don’t carry

  • Our fee is a business expense line, not payroll: no employer payroll tax, workers’ comp, health insurance, unemployment insurance, equipment budget, paid time off or onboarding.
  • Our gear, our software, our insurance, our problem.
  • Scale up for a launch month and back down after, without hiring or firing.
  • If a for-profit entity signs, our fee is a deductible business expense. If a nonprofit or church signs, there’s no taxable income to deduct against — the case there is payroll overhead and flexibility, not tax.

Why us, specifically

  • We are young, and the audience you’re trying to reach is young. We don’t need a focus group to tell us why a clip died in the first two seconds.
  • We work off numbers, not taste. Every recommendation traces back to a formula you can check.
  • We built the instrument. Nobody else walks in with a score.
  • Small on purpose: you talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying notes to a contractor.

The work

Reserved for real numbers.

These slots fill with client work as permission comes in. We don’t invent clients, logos, numbers or testimonials.

Honesty

What we will and won’t claim.

Saying it out loud is what makes the rest believable.

Public numbers.
Scores are computed from what anyone can see on your accounts.
Estimates are labeled.
On the row where they appear, every time.
Goals, not guarantees.
Targets come out of the same formula on realistic inputs.
Your dashboards hold the rest.
Follower age, gender and location need access — the first deliverable of the pilot month.
No race data. Ever.
No platform reports it, even to the owner, so we never claim it.

The ask

Send us five handles.
We send back a number.

A score takes days. A yes is all we need to start.
